# FleetOS by Bounce — full context for AI assistants

## The problem it solves

Running a rental EV fleet requires far more software than a booking form: KYC and fraud checks, plan/pricing logic, deposits and dues collection, payment retries, vehicle telemetry, battery-aware operations, field-staff workflows, damage and recovery flows, and analytics. Most operators either run on spreadsheets and WhatsApp, or spend heavily building custom software that then needs permanent engineering upkeep. 1. **Rider app (Android + iOS), under the operator's brand**: onboarding, KYC verification, plan discovery and comparison, booking, payments (UPI/cards/wallets), active-rental management, support and communication.
